Tupplers Technology Pvt Ltd – Software License Policy

1. Software License Agreement

This Software License Policy (“Policy”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Tupplers Technology Pvt Ltd (“Tupplers Technology“) regarding the use of software products provided by Tupplers Technology, including any associated documentation (collectively, the “Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.

2. License Grant

Tupplers Technology grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for its intended purpose as specified in the software documentation.

3. Permitted Use

Licensee may use the Software on a single device or as specified in the software documentation.
Licensee may make a reasonable number of backup copies of the Software for archival and backup purposes.

4. Restrictions

Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Licensee shall not sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or distribute the Software to third parties.
Licensee shall not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings on the Software.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties. Tupplers Technology retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual property rights.

6. Updates and Support

Tupplers Technology may provide updates, bug fixes, and support for the Software at its discretion. Licensee may be required to pay additional fees for such services.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by Licensee or Tupplers Technology. Licensee may terminate the license by ceasing to use the Software and destroying all copies of the Software. Tupplers Technology Pvt Ltd may terminate the license if Licensee breaches any terms of this Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tupplers Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
